JORDAN HUNG
Graphic Design Student, Digital Artist, and Storyteller
Hello! My name is Jordan Hung and I am an aspiring designer with specialization in graphic, interior, and digital art creation. Based in Oxford, Michigan I design experiences, big to small, and have great enthusiasm about portraying a story!

OXFORD STRONG
Project Team O was a fundraised and planned interior design transformation for the teachers lounge at Oxford High School. After the school's traumatic event of a school shooting, I made it a mission to create a space where teachers felt comfortable and safe. Through an organized timeline of 3 months and several design concepts, my goal was to transform this space into a bright, warm, and modern farmhouse feeling. I painted an accent wall to highlight the center of the room with a large gathering table, I manipulated the cabinets and added a subway tile backslash, and I contributed comfortable seating options to the design. I hope that you feel the love and passion that went into this project, along with the joy of supporting my community in a creative aspect.

EVERGREENS
A local coffeeshop, Evergreens, was looking to expand their clientele and space for a grand-reopening. With a brand new renovation in 2021, I sought to create an online presence for the company through social media platforms. Therefore, I created and designed an instagram, Facebook, and mobile app for the local shop. With that, through promoting their best-seller item, the 'Bagel Bomb', and representing the variety of items on the menu- I was able to increased their website interaction by 75% and social media likes/ shares by 42%. This exposure was a great advantage for the company and taught me many skills in Abode photoshop, Illustrator, and Bridge. Overall, the monthly revenue started to increase and 'Evergreens' was able to make a name on the map as my community's go-to coffee stops.

IMLAY CITY FOOTBALL
Based in Imlay City, Michigan, the head football coach of the high school had a fresh start in fall of 2022 and wanted the branding of the program to reset as well. Through taking over the social media platforms, I designed the schedule, various announcements, and 'game day' posts. With a Canon EOS T3 DSLR camera, I was able to capture the fast-paced game and in Photoshop, I designed the photos to match the energy of the battle to victory. #SpartanNation started to become a familiar phrase within the community, I used that to bring together the followers of the team. With a fresh and fun creative outlook, I strived to showcase the football team's hardwork and dedication to the game in an aesthetic manner.

BARNABY BEAR SERIES
Growing up, I always would watch my great-grandmother doodling in the corner of the room and having the warmest smile with a pencil in her hand. Later to find out, she was drawing characters that would develop a children's story- with the main character being a baby bear named, Barnaby. However, her dream of publishing her illustrations never happened for her in her lifetime. Nevertheless, I wanted to reimagine her story and create sketches that would send her message of love and kindness to children around the world.

OXFORD GIVES BACK
Oxford Gives Back is a non-profit organization located in Oxford, Michigan that prides itself by helping the local elderly or disabled individuals with their yard work. For one-weekend in April, this organization receives around 400 volunteers to help ease the burden of stressful yard work for over 120 homes. In-need of a website update, I created designs for the non-profit's website and social media; while, keeping note of the intended audience of an older generation. I wanted to keep the website clean and simple, while showcasing the amazing work that these volunteers provide. Helping a neighbor is the main mission for my role within designing these campaigns.
